Investment activity in the Turkestan Region continues to grow year by year. The region is systematically working to create favorable conditions for domestic and foreign investors, launch new production facilities, and implement major investment projects.
In January-July 2026, more than 1 trillion tenge in investments was attracted to the region’s economy. Compared with the same period last year, this figure increased by 137.5%. In addition, in the first quarter of this year, the volume of foreign direct investment attracted to the region amounted to USD 115 million.
Currently, the investment portfolio of the Turkestan Region includes 122 projects with a total value of 2.8 trillion tenge. The implementation of these projects is expected to create more than 17,000 new jobs.

The key priorities of the Turkestan Region’s investment policy are the development of new industries, increasing the number of jobs, diversifying the economy, and creating an open and favorable business environment for investors.
The consistent implementation of investment projects in the region is strengthening the economic potential of the Turkestan Region and creating new opportunities for the development of the manufacturing sector.
