In the Turkestan Region, capsule homes and innovative modular structures are being manufactured at a small industrial park. The project was implemented following an agreement with the «SHANDONG KAMUYA SMART CULTURE AND TOURISM TECHNOLOGY» factory during the visit of the region’s Akim, N. Kusherov, to China in 2025. Currently, the products are being released under the «KHAN TAU» brand.
It is well known that the small industrial park, built with direct support from the regional government, features new buildings for investors. In one of them, «BNK Group» in partnership with the Chinese company «SHANDONG KAMUYA SMART CULTURE AND TOURISM TECHNOLOGY» has launched the production of modern smart structures, including capsule eco-hotels and other innovative modular facilities.
Capsule homes are designed for tourist complexes, glamping sites, eco-hotels, modular offices, exhibition pavilions, and mobile facilities. The enterprise has an annual production capacity of up to 200 finished units.
In addition, «BNK Group» has established the production of modern sandwich panels at its own manufacturing facility. As part of the project, a high-tech production line was launched, capable of producing up to 1,000 square meters of finished products per day. The products meet standards for energy efficiency, thermal insulation, and fire safety.
Overall, the project aims to develop high-tech manufacturing in the region, attract investment, and support tourism and infrastructure. As a result, 30 permanent jobs have been created.
