The development of small industrial parks is gaining momentum in the Turkestan Region, with new projects being implemented to strengthen the region’s investment potential.

To date, 29 small industrial parks have been established in the region, where construction has commenced on 275 production facilities. Of these, 165 facilities have been fully completed.

A total of 269 projects with a combined investment value of KZT 226.9 billion have been developed within the industrial parks. Currently, 114 projects have been launched and are already operational, with actual production capacities in place.

Key areas of the projects include:

• production of construction materials;
• furniture manufacturing;
• light industry;
• processing industries and other manufacturing sectors.

Small industrial parks provide entrepreneurs and investors with access to sites equipped with ready-made or developing production infrastructure. This helps reduce project launch timelines and allows businesses to gradually expand their production capacity.

The region continues to work on attracting new projects to industrial parks, expanding markets for locally manufactured products, and providing financial support for entrepreneurial initiatives.
