The regional administration of Turkestan region together with foreign investors is carrying out systematic work to diversify the region’s economy, create new jobs, and increase the region’s tourist attractiveness. Deputy Governor of the region, K. Kaiypbek held a meeting with investors from China where they discussed the development of the region’s tourism potential and the implementation of new investment projects.
During the meeting, foreign investors presented projects for the creation of modern viewing platforms in recreational areas and the construction of capsule-format houses. These initiatives are aimed at developing tourism infrastructure and increasing the flow of tourists to the region.
For its part, the regional administration emphasized that Turkestan region is an open and reliable partner for foreign investors. Currently, industrial zones and special economic zones operate in the region and various incentives and support measures for investors are provided.
The investors expressed strong interest in the investment opportunities of Turkestan region and announced their readiness to begin construction work as early as the end of March.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation in the tourism sector.
