A working visit to the People's Republic of China organized by the regional investment attraction and export development agency Turkistan Invest has already produced tangible results. As a continuation of the business negotiations, Luan Bin, a representative of the Chinese company Wuhan Xiangyu Dingsheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., paid an official visit to the Turkestan Region and met with B. Bisenbayev Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Turkistan”.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of a project to construct a modern greenhouse complex for growing flowers and ornamental trees in the Turkestan Region. Following the negotiations, JSC “Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Turkistan” and Wuhan Xiangyu Dingsheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

Under the memorandum, the company intends to implement the construction of a modern greenhouse complex in the Turkestan Region. The estimated investment amounts to KZT 13 billion. According to the project plan, a nursery will be established on a 50-hectare site, creating approximately 100 new jobs. The project is scheduled for implementation during 2026-2027.

In addition, the project includes the construction of a flower cultivation complex, a seedling exhibition area, a commercial zone, a production facility, and an environmentally compliant parking area.

It is worth noting that Wuhan Xiangyu Dingsheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is an internationally experienced company specializing in construction, engineering infrastructure, steel structure manufacturing, environmental engineering, and the development of industrial facilities.

The implementation of this investment project will create new production capacities, generate additional employment opportunities, contribute to the socio-economic development of the region, and further enhance the investment attractiveness of the Turkestan Region.
