In the Turkestan region the project to construct the Eastern bypass road of the city of Turkestan with a length of 30 km has attracted the attention of foreign investors. The road is planned as an alternative route to the M-32 “Samara-Shymkent” highway.

The project is planned to be implemented through a public-private partnership mechanism. Currently, design and cost estimation documentation is being developed, providing investors with an opportunity to participate at an early stage.

The project aims to reduce traffic congestion in the city and regulate transit flow, ensuring its long-term economic efficiency.

During a meeting with representatives of the Turkestan regional administration, foreign investors presented their companies and proposals for participation in the project. Among them, particular interest was shown by China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited (CSCEC) a major international construction corporation that has implemented more than 7000 projects in over 130 countries worldwide.

The parties agreed to continue active negotiations to clarify project details, agree on financing terms, and develop concrete solutions for further cooperation.

Thanks to its strategic location and developing infrastructure, Turkestan is becoming an open and promising destination for investors.
