Investment projects are continuing to be actively implemented in the Turkestan region. Favorable conditions are being created for investors, industrial infrastructure is being developed and government support is being provided, enabling the gradual launch of various manufacturing projects.

One such project is a deep-processing plant for cattle bones being built in the village of Temirlan in the Ordabasy district. The project is being implemented by the Chinese company Huating Biotechnology. The total investment volume amounts to 9 billion tenge.

Currently, the main construction work of the production complex has been completed on a 10-hectare site and the necessary equipment has been installed. The enterprise will specialize in processing animal bones and blood producing several types of products.

Namely, three areas:

• peptone used in the pharmaceutical industry;
• fat used in aviation fuel production;
• charcoal for the porcelain industry.

In addition, starting from 2027 the plant plans to process animal blood to produce feed for livestock farming. The annual production capacity of the facility will be 5,000 tons of processed bones.

Once the project is fully launched, 30 new jobs will be created. The production facility will help increase the share of deep raw-material processing in the region, promote waste-free technologies and expand export-oriented production.

Representatives of Huating Biotechnology noted the favorable conditions created for investors in the Turkestan region and expressed gratitude to the local executive authorities. According to them the support provided has positively influenced the rapid implementation of the project.

It is worth noting that this project will add to the number of import-substitution-oriented industries in the region. Efforts in this direction will contribute to strengthening the industrial potential and economic development of the region.
