The forum was attended by representatives of a delegation led by the Deputy Akim of Turkestan Region, Nuralkhan Kusherov.

The main goal of the forum was to develop regional cooperation, promote interaction at the local government level within the framework of diplomacy, and discuss solutions to emerging issues.

Organized by the Association of Governors of the Republic of Korea, the forum addressed key areas of partnership between the Central Asian countries and the Republic of Korea, including issues of collaboration, energy cooperation, digital transformation, and the investment agenda.
