The opening ceremony of the 21st China Commodities Expo in Kazakhstan was held in Almaty. The Turkistan Region was invited as the Guest of Honor at this international exhibition. The large-scale event brought together representatives of government agencies and regional administrations of the People's Republic of China, business leaders, as well as officials from Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries, alongside hundreds of representatives from enterprises and the business community.

The delegation of the Turkistan Region was led by Deputy Governor N. Turashbekov. During the exhibition, the region showcased its investment potential, industrial capabilities, export-oriented products, and promising areas for the implementation of joint projects.

The Turkistan Region offers a highly favorable investment environment thanks to its strategic geographic location, well-developed agro-industrial sector, significant industrial capacity, and the availability of ready-to-use industrial zones. Today, all the necessary conditions have been established for the successful implementation of joint projects in agricultural processing, manufacturing, construction materials production, renewable energy and logistics.

The exhibition is expected to provide additional momentum to trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and China, promote investment in the Turkistan Region, and facilitate the implementation of new joint projects.
