Processing time: Up to 5 working days from the date of application submission.
1. An electronic copy of the foreign trade contract, including any annexes and/or amendments; if a foreign trade contract is not available, an electronic copy of another document confirming the parties’ intentions is required (mandatory).
2.In the case of exporting certain types of fertilizers: a Certificate of Origin in the “ST-KZ” form.
3.An application submitted as an electronic document, digitally signed by the service recipient (electronically generated).
